About Jeff
Jeff Lestz, CEO of Genistar, has been in the financial services business since 1975 and has extensive experience in financial services, management and leadership. He was a National Sales Director with Primerica Financial Services in the United States from 1981-2003, and in 2003 he and his wife, Margo, moved to the UK with Primerica and Citi to help establish them there.
In 2007 Primerica and Citi pulled out of the UK market. Jeff and Margo sold their US business, stayed in the UK and founded Genistar with a small team of leaders. Jeff’s passion is to help empower families to secure a better future and become financially independent.
